Hotel was 1st class, we really enjoyed this place.

Our accommodation was set in a central location near to a nightclub directly opposite, all main attractions and the Piece Hall and town centre. The staff were both brilliantly helpful and top-class. We got room with nice decor and a luxurious bathroom to relax.

Freshly prepared breakfast choice with toast and marmalade as an offered preserve and yogurts. Perfect location, only a short distance to Halifax Town Hall.

Stayed for 3 nights in this lovely and delightful place, appreciated that. The staff there were amenable and personable. The breakfast deal was sensational with pastries and toast and fruit.

Top-class and excellent value place with very good service. Ideal and exceptionally nice location in the middle of town.

Scruffy staff!

The rooms were a decent size, it was clean and spacious venue. Particularly good and perfect location so close to the council, Halifax over the weekend, and all the bars and restaurants, I felt safe. Explored an Anglican church, that is located not very far from the hotel. Thai cuisine was served in the attached restaurant.

The breakfast was gorgeous and absolutely fantastic with fresh fruit too, and all the food was fantastic. The location was great in a shopping area, very close to the market, shops, pubs, eateries and the piece halls, nearby shops and central Halifax minutes walk to shops and Peace Hall. Outstanding service was provided here.

Great value and well-equipped room, everything was pleasant. Fresh made breakfast with fresh fruit too, responsive stuff. Alcoholic drinks at night bar, very good service.

I came here for 3 nights and had a really comfortable stay. The restaurant was great with excellent staff here, I had warm dishes. The staff was amenable and personable, offered exceptional services. The location was marvellous and fantastic: boutiques and department shops were within walking distance. Plus, St Mary's rc Church was relatively close to the venue.

Fabulous place with great staff at reception desk, greatly enjoyed it. The room was stunning and exceptional, had complementary tea and coffee. Everything was good, I would recomand.

Clean and quaint hotel, incredibly welcoming staff and extremely comfy beds. Newly furnished and a decent size room, a shower and a soap in the room. Superb and fantastic breakfast with a wide array of meals.

I would recomand the place. Greatly enjoyed this hotel, had 3 great days here. Booked king room with a really comfortable bed. Perfect staff in particularly the extremely beautiful receptionist who even carried my bags in from the car and the location was incredible right in the centre of Halifax. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property. The breakfast was fantastic and sensational, the check in was speedy.
